  6. 6. Mix the mixture until creamy.
  7. 7. Cut the almonds into small matchsticks.
  8. 8. Peel the pistachios.
  9. 9. Roughly chop the pistachios.
  10. 10. Peel the mango.
  11. 11. Slice the flesh away from the pit.
  12. 12. Dice the mango flesh.
  13. 13. Distribute the mango cubes among four small bowls.
  14. 14. Mix the yogurt cream with half of the almonds and pistachios.
  15. 15. Pour the yogurt cream over the mango.
  16. 16. Sprinkle the remaining almonds and pistachios over the dessert.
  17. 17. Add the saffron threads.
  18. 18. Chop the raisins together with the vanilla seeds.
  19. 19. Spread the raisin mixture in the center of the dessert.
