🥤 Aromatic Masala Chai

Ingredients
- 0.5 cinnamon stick
- 6 cardamom pods
- 2 cloves
- 250 ml black tea (hot, freshly brewed)
- 250 ml milk
- 2 tbsp honey
Instructions
- 1. Place the strained tea and the spices in a small pot.
- 2. Bring the mixture to a boil on the stove.
- 3. Reduce the heat and let the tea simmer gently for about 5 minutes.
- 4. Stir the milk and honey into the warm tea mixture.
- 5. Pour the finished tea through a fine sieve to remove the spices and tea leaves.
- 6. Fill the tea into your glasses.
- 7. Garnish the glasses with cinnamon sticks as desired.
- 8. Serve the tea immediately and enjoy.
