Ingredients
- 0.5 bunch dill
- 1 chili pepper
- 500 g sheep's milk cheese
- 3 bay leaves
- 500 ml olive oil
Instructions
- 1. Wash the dill sprigs thoroughly and shake them dry. Wash the chili pepper and slice it into thin rings.
- 2. Cut the sheep's milk cheese into cubes and layer them in a jar with the dill, chili rings, and bay leaf. Pour the olive oil over everything, seal the jar, and let the flavors infuse for 14 days.
