  1. 1. Separate the garlic bulbs into individual cloves and peel them. Make sure to remove any brown spots and sprouts.
  2. 2. Place the cloves on a plate and drizzle honey over them all around so they are well coated. Then distribute them into two clean, sterile jars and top up with the remaining honey.
  3. 3. Stir the marinated garlic with a clean spoon and seal the jars. Let them ferment for at least four weeks at room temperature, but not in direct sunlight.
