  2. 2. Soak the gelatin in cold water.
  3. 3. Bring the broth to a boil.
  4. 4. Remove the broth from the heat.
  5. 5. Let the broth cool down slightly.
  6. 6. Squeeze the water out of the soaked gelatin.
  7. 7. Dissolve the gelatin in the warm broth.
  8. 8. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
  9. 9. Gently fold in the lobster pieces and herbs.
  10. 10. Fill the mixture into the mold.
  11. 11. Let the terrine set in the fridge, well covered.
  12. 12. Shelf life: approx. 2 days
