🍽️ Lobster Terrine

Ingredients
- 700 g lobster meat
- 2 tbsp parsley
- 12 leaves gelatin
- 600 ml vegetable broth (ready-made product)
- salt
- pepper
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- 1. Break the lobster meat into large chunks.
- 2. Soak the gelatin in cold water.
- 3. Bring the broth to a boil.
- 4. Remove the broth from the heat.
- 5. Let the broth cool down slightly.
- 6. Squeeze the water out of the soaked gelatin.
- 7. Dissolve the gelatin in the warm broth.
- 8. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
- 9. Gently fold in the lobster pieces and herbs.
- 10. Fill the mixture into the mold.
- 11. Let the terrine set in the fridge, well covered.
- 12. Shelf life: approx. 2 days
