  2. 2. Place the lobsters head-first into the bubbling water.
  3. 3. Cook the lobsters for about 10 minutes.
  4. 4. Remove the lobsters from the water and set them aside.
  5. 5. Cut the lobsters in half lengthwise.
  6. 6. Place the lobster halves shell-side down on the hot grill.
  7. 7. Grill the lobsters for about 5 minutes.
  8. 8. Melt the butter in a small pan.
  9. 9. Add the saffron threads to the hot butter.
  10. 10. Season the butter with salt, lemon juice, and cayenne pepper.
  11. 11. Drizzle the saffron butter over the meat side of the grilled lobsters.
  12. 12. Serve the lobster with rice and seaweed, as desired.
