🍽️ Grilled Lobster with Saffron Butter

Ingredients
- 2 Lobsters (approx. 500 g each)
- Salt
- 40 g Butter
- 1 Pinch Saffron Threads
- Lemon Juice
- Cayenne Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- 2. Place the lobsters head-first into the bubbling water.
- 3. Cook the lobsters for about 10 minutes.
- 4. Remove the lobsters from the water and set them aside.
- 5. Cut the lobsters in half lengthwise.
- 6. Place the lobster halves shell-side down on the hot grill.
- 7. Grill the lobsters for about 5 minutes.
- 8. Melt the butter in a small pan.
- 9. Add the saffron threads to the hot butter.
- 10. Season the butter with salt, lemon juice, and cayenne pepper.
- 11. Drizzle the saffron butter over the meat side of the grilled lobsters.
- 12. Serve the lobster with rice and seaweed, as desired.
