🍳 Cottage Cheese Bowl with Colorful Fruit and Almonds

Ingredients
- 30 g Almonds
- 1 Orange
- 1 Kiwi
- 0.5 Mango
- 75 g Strawberries
- 400 g Cottage Cheese
- 1 tbsp Honey
Instructions
- 1. Place the almonds in a dry pan.
- 2. Heat the pan over medium heat.
- 3. Toast the almonds for three to four minutes until fragrant.
- 4. Remove the pan from the heat.
- 5. Let the almonds cool down completely.
- 6. Squeeze the juice from half an orange into a bowl.
- 7. Peel the other half of the orange.
- 8. Cut the orange flesh into small pieces or segments.
- 9. Peel the kiwi.
- 10. Peel the mango.
- 11. Cut the mango flesh off the pit.
- 12. Dice the mango flesh.
- 13. Wash the strawberries thoroughly.
- 14. Remove the green stems from the strawberries.
- 15. Cut the strawberries into quarters.
- 16. Add all the cut fruit to the bowl with the orange juice.
- 17. Mix the fruit well with the juice.
- 18. Place the cottage cheese in a separate bowl.
- 19. Add the honey to the cottage cheese.
- 20. Stir the mixture vigorously until it is smooth.
- 21. Divide the cottage cheese mixture between two small bowls.
- 22. Top the cottage cheese portions with the fruit salad.
- 23. Sprinkle the dish with the cooled, toasted almonds.
- 24. Serve the dish immediately.
