Ingredients
- chervil (1 tbsp chopped each)
- parsley (1 tbsp chopped each)
- 1 tbsp chopped chives
- 1 clove garlic
- 150 g cottage cheese
- 3 tbsp orange juice
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Peel the garlic clove and chop it very finely.
- 2. Mix the cottage cheese, orange juice, herbs, and chopped garlic in a bowl. Season the mixture to taste with salt and pepper.
