🍽️ Cottage Cheese with Mixed Berries and Mint

Ingredients
- 300 g mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
- 6 mint leaves
- 300 g cottage cheese (curd cheese)
- liquid sweetener (to taste)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- 1. Gently rinse the berries under running water.
- 2. Remove any stems or damaged parts from the berries.
- 3. Let the berries drain well in a colander.
- 4. Cut the mint leaves into very fine strips.
- 5. Sweeten the cottage cheese to your liking with sweetener.
- 6. Stir the lemon juice thoroughly into the cottage cheese.
- 7. Gently fold 150 grams of the berries into the cheese mixture.
- 8. Place the remaining cottage cheese into a bowl.
- 9. Top the cheese with the remaining 150 grams of berries.
- 10. Garnish the dish with the cut mint strips.
