  2. 2. Remove any stems or damaged parts from the berries.
  3. 3. Let the berries drain well in a colander.
  4. 4. Cut the mint leaves into very fine strips.
  5. 5. Sweeten the cottage cheese to your liking with sweetener.
  6. 6. Stir the lemon juice thoroughly into the cottage cheese.
  7. 7. Gently fold 150 grams of the berries into the cheese mixture.
  8. 8. Place the remaining cottage cheese into a bowl.
  9. 9. Top the cheese with the remaining 150 grams of berries.
  10. 10. Garnish the dish with the cut mint strips.
