🍳 Cottage Cheese Breakfast with Plums and Grapes

Ingredients
- 30 g walnut kernels
- 10 g pistachio kernels
- 100 g red seedless grapes
- 2 ripe plums
- 400 g cottage cheese
- 0.25 tsp vanilla powder
- 1 tbsp honey
Instructions
- 1. Roughly chop the walnuts and pistachios.
- 2. Wash the grapes, remove them from the stems, and halve them. Wash the plums, halve them, remove the pits, and slice them into thin wedges.
- 3. Mix the cottage cheese with vanilla powder and honey. Divide the mixture among bowls and top with the fruits, walnuts, and pistachios.
