  3. 3. Cut the chicken breast fillet crosswise into thin strips and marinate them in the soy sauce with a little salt and pepper for about 20 minutes.
  4. 4. Bring the broth to a boil in a pot, add the carrots and peas, and let them simmer for about 5 minutes.
  5. 5. Cut the mushrooms into strips and remove the stems.
  6. 6. Drain the glass noodles and cut them into short pieces if necessary.
