  3. 3. Pat the chicken drumsticks completely dry with a kitchen towel.
  4. 4. Whisk curry powder, lemon juice, honey, grated ginger, soy sauce, and marjoram in a small bowl to form a smooth marinade.
  5. 5. Brush the chicken drumsticks generously with the marinade all over.
  6. 6. Wrap the brushed drumsticks tightly in aluminum foil.
  7. 7. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
  8. 8. Place the foil packets on a baking tray and put them in the oven.
  9. 9. Bake the chicken drumsticks for 25 to 30 minutes.
  10. 10. Remove the baking tray from the oven and carefully open the aluminum foil.
  11. 11. Season the chicken drumsticks with salt and black pepper to taste.
