  2. 2. Pat the meat completely dry with a kitchen towel.
  3. 3. Season the fillets evenly with salt and pepper.
  4. 4. Wash the fresh sage leaves under running water.
  5. 5. Gently dry the sage leaves.
  6. 6. Place two sage leaves on each chicken fillet.
  7. 7. Wrap two slices of raw ham around each fillet.
  8. 8. Heat ghee in a large frying pan.
  9. 9. Fry the fillets on all sides for about 8 minutes.
  10. 10. Cook them until they are golden brown and fully cooked.
  11. 11. Remove the finished fillets from the pan.
  12. 12. Slice the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.
