🍽️ Crispy Chicken Breast Wrapped in Ham and Sage

Ingredients
- 4 chicken breast fillets (approx. 140 g each)
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 8 fresh sage leaves
- 8 slices Parma ham
- 3 tbsp ghee
- fresh sage leaf (for garnish)
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the chicken breast fillets under cold water.
- 2. Pat the meat completely dry with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Season the fillets evenly with salt and pepper.
- 4. Wash the fresh sage leaves under running water.
- 5. Gently dry the sage leaves.
- 6. Place two sage leaves on each chicken fillet.
- 7. Wrap two slices of raw ham around each fillet.
- 8. Heat ghee in a large frying pan.
- 9. Fry the fillets on all sides for about 8 minutes.
- 10. Cook them until they are golden brown and fully cooked.
- 11. Remove the finished fillets from the pan.
- 12. Slice the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.
- 13. Serve the meat garnished with fresh sage leaves.
- 14. Serve the rice as a suitable side dish.
