Ingredients
- 4 chicken breast fillets
- 3 tbsp flour
- 1 egg
- 3 tbsp oil
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the chicken breasts under cold running water.
- 2. Pat the meat completely dry with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper to taste.
- 4. Coat the meat pieces in flour until lightly covered.
- 5. Whisk the eggs in a separate bowl.
- 6. Dip the floured chicken breasts into the whisked eggs.
- 7. Press the chicken breasts into sesame seeds until covered all over.
- 8. Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat.
- 9. Fry the chicken breasts in the hot oil.
- 10. Fry each side for about 3 to 4 minutes.
- 11. Cook the meat slowly until it is golden brown.
- 12. Remove the chicken breasts from the pan.
- 13. Place the meat on a plate or platter.
- 14. Let the meat rest briefly to finish cooking through.
