  4. 4. Finely chop the chili.
  5. 5. Peel the garlic cloves.
  6. 6. Press the garlic directly onto the chopped chili.
  7. 7. Wash the bell peppers thoroughly.
  8. 8. Remove the stem and seeds from the bell peppers.
  9. 9. Slice the bell peppers into thin strips.
  10. 10. Peel the onion.
  11. 11. Cut the onion in half.
  12. 12. Slice the onion halves into thin strips as well.
  13. 13. Heat some oil in a large pan.
  14. 14. Sear the chicken cubes in the hot oil for a short time.
  15. 15. Add the pepper strips to the pan.
  16. 16. Add the onion strips to the pan.
  17. 17. Deglaze the mixture with some broth.
  18. 18. Add the corn kernels to the pan.
  19. 19. Add the chili-garlic mixture to the pan.
