🍽️ Juicy Beef Sirloin Steak with Zesty Garlic Butter

Ingredients
- 5 garlic cloves
- 3 sprigs parsley
- 150 g soft butter
- 4 sirloin steaks (each 150-180 g)
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 8 anchovies
Instructions
- 1. Peel the garlic cloves and press the garlic pulp.
- 2. Wash the parsley, shake it dry, and pick the leaves off the stems.
- 3. Finely chop the parsley leaves.
- 4. Mix the butter with the garlic pulp and the chopped parsley.
- 5. Wash the sirloin steaks and pat them dry with a kitchen towel.
- 6. Season the steaks generously with salt and pepper on both sides.
- 7. Heat the oil in a frying pan until it is very hot.
- 8. Sear the sirloin steaks for 2 to 3 minutes on the first side.
- 9. Turn the steaks and remove the pan from the heat source briefly.
- 10. Finish cooking the steaks for another 6 to 8 minutes on the second side.
- 11. Place the prepared garlic butter into a small bowl.
- 12. Garnish the butter with two anchovy fillets.
- 13. Serve the garlic butter directly alongside the finished steaks.
