Ingredients
- 2 Frankfurter sausages
- 2 long buns
- 100 g fresh sauerkraut
- 1 tomato
- 1 onion
- 1 gherkin
- ketchup
- mustard
- 1 pack salted chips
Instructions
- 1. Heat the sausages in hot water for ten minutes. Wash the tomato thoroughly and slice it. Peel the onion and cut it into rings. Cut the cucumber in half lengthwise.
- 2. Drain the sausages well and place them in the sliced buns. Top with sauerkraut and garnish with ketchup and mustard. Serve on a plate with the tomato slices, onion rings, cucumber, and chips.
