  4. 4. Toss the pieces with olive oil, paprika powder, cumin, turmeric, and a pinch of salt.
  5. 5. Place the seasoned sweet potato cubes on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  6. 6. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius conventional heat (or 160 degrees Celsius fan-assisted).
  7. 7. Bake the sweet potatoes for 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown.
  8. 8. Rinse the quinoa under cold running water in a fine mesh sieve.
  9. 9. Cook the grain according to the package instructions.
  10. 10. Wash the baby spinach thoroughly.
  11. 11. Shake the spinach dry.
  12. 12. Fold the spinach into the quinoa during the last 3 minutes of cooking time.
  13. 13. Remove the stem and seeds from the bell pepper.
  14. 14. Wash the bell pepper.
  15. 15. Cut the bell pepper into small cubes.
  16. 16. Remove the pit from the avocado.
  17. 17. Peel the avocado.
  18. 18. Slice the flesh of the avocado into thin strips.
  19. 19. Arrange all prepared ingredients nicely on a plate.
  20. 20. Sprinkle pumpkin seeds over the dish.
  21. 21. Drizzle everything with fresh lemon juice.
  22. 22. Serve your balanced power bowl immediately.
