🍽️ Honey Mustard Vinaigrette

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp medium-hot mustard
- 1 tbsp honey
- 4 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
- 75 ml vegetable broth
- salt
- pepper
- 5 tbsp sunflower oil
- 2 tbsp finely chopped fennel flower (with fennel fronds)
- 1 tbsp freshly chopped thyme leaves
Instructions
- 1. Put mustard, honey, vinegar, broth, salt, and pepper into a bowl.
- 2. Stir the ingredients well with a spoon or whisk.
- 3. Pour the oil slowly into the mixture while stirring continuously.
- 4. Add the fennel and thyme.
- 5. Season the dressing with salt and pepper to taste.
- 6. Serve the vinaigrette immediately.
