🍽️ Prepare Crunchy Honey-Nut Dressing

Ingredients
- 0.5 tsp hot mustard
- 2 tbsp orange juice
- pepper (from the mill)
- 5 tbsp sherry vinegar
- 80 ml olive oil
- 1 tsp liquid honey
- salt
- 40 g peeled walnut halves
Instructions
- 1. Put the mustard and orange juice into a small bowl.
- 2. Season the mixture with a pinch of pepper.
- 3. Whisk everything vigorously with a wire whisk until well combined.
- 4. Add the vinegar and keep stirring while incorporating it.
- 5. Pour the oil in a thin stream.
- 6. Stir the oil in until the dressing is creamy and emulsified.
- 7. Taste the dressing and adjust with honey and salt.
- 8. Toast the nuts in a hot pan without adding extra fat.
- 9. Remove the nuts from the pan and let them cool completely.
- 10. Finely chop the cooled nuts.
- 11. Fold the chopped nuts into the finished dressing.
