  1. 1. Put both types of flour and the baking powder into a large bowl.
  2. 2. Add the honey, vanilla sugar, egg, and butter.
  3. 3. Quickly knead the ingredients together into a smooth dough.
  4. 4. Wrap the dough tightly in plastic wrap.
  5. 5. Place the dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  6. 6. Take the dough out and knead it briefly.
  7. 7. Grease a baking sheet well.
  8. 8. Dust a little flour on the work surface so the dough does not stick.
  9. 9. Roll out the dough on the greased sheet.
  10. 10. Cut the fruit into small pieces.
  11. 11. Mix the fruit pieces with the nuts.
  12. 12. Put honey, butter, and vanilla sugar into a pot.
  13. 13. Heat the mixture while stirring until everything has melted.
  14. 14. Stir the fruit and nut mixture into the warm honey-butter mass.
  15. 15. Spread the topping evenly over the dough while still warm.
  16. 16. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees (Fan: 160 degrees, Gas: Level 2-3).
