🍰 Honey Bananas with Figs

Ingredients
- 250 g small bananas (2 small bananas)
- 4 fully ripe figs
- 30 g butter (2 tbsp)
- 30 g almond kernels (2 tbsp)
- 3 tbsp liquid honey
- 1 tsp white balsamic vinegar
- 200 g Greek yogurt (10 % fat)
Instructions
- 1. Peel the bananas and cut them in half lengthwise. Wash the figs, pat them dry, remove the stems, and cut them in half as well.
- 2. Melt the butter in a pan. Place the banana and fig halves cut-side down in the pan and fry them over low heat.
- 3. Meanwhile, roughly chop the almonds. Mix the honey with two tablespoons of water and the balsamic vinegar to make a sauce.
- 4. Arrange the bananas and figs on four plates. Add a dollop of yogurt to each plate and drizzle everything with the honey sauce. Finally, sprinkle the dish with the chopped almonds.
