  1. 1. Peel the bananas and cut them in half lengthwise. Wash the figs, pat them dry, remove the stems, and cut them in half as well.
  2. 2. Melt the butter in a pan. Place the banana and fig halves cut-side down in the pan and fry them over low heat.
  3. 3. Meanwhile, roughly chop the almonds. Mix the honey with two tablespoons of water and the balsamic vinegar to make a sauce.
  4. 4. Arrange the bananas and figs on four plates. Add a dollop of yogurt to each plate and drizzle everything with the honey sauce. Finally, sprinkle the dish with the chopped almonds.
