Instructions
- 1. Wash the ripe elderberries and remove the stems.
- 2. Place the berries in a pot and cover them with a small amount of water.
- 3. Bring the mixture to a boil and let it cook briefly.
- 4. Strain the liquid to remove the berry residue.
- 5. Fill the hot juice into bottles with a patent cap.
- 6. Keep the open bottles sterile at 75 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes.
- 7. Seal the bottles immediately after sterilization.
