🥤 Fresh Elderflower Lemonade

Ingredients
- 1 bunch elderflower
- 100 g sugar
- 200 ml water
- 100 ml raspberry syrup
- 20 ml grenadine
- 3 untreated lemons
- 1 l mineral water (lots of carbonation)
- 100 g frozen berry mix
- ice cubes
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the elderflower blossoms thoroughly under running water.
- 2. Shake the blossoms dry to remove excess water.
- 3. Pour the water into a large pot.
- 4. Add the dried elderflower blossoms to the water.
- 5. Cover the pot with a lid.
- 6. Let the mixture steep overnight.
- 7. Pour the elderflower water through a sieve, such as a pasta strainer.
- 8. Catch the coarse flower remnants in the sieve.
- 9. Pour the filtered liquid back into the rinsed cooking pot.
- 10. Stir the sugar into the liquid.
- 11. Bring the mixture to a boil while stirring constantly.
- 12. Wash the lemons thoroughly.
- 13. Squeeze the lemons.
- 14. Add the lemon juice to the boiling mixture.
- 15. Add the squeezed lemon halves to the pot as well.
- 16. Let the lemonade simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes.
- 17. Remove the lemon pieces from the liquid.
- 18. Pour the entire mixture through a fine sieve.
- 19. Let the lemonade cool down.
- 20. Dilute the lemonade with mineral water.
- 21. Add raspberry syrup.
- 22. Add grenadine.
- 23. Bottle the lemonade.
- 24. Place the bottles in the refrigerator to chill.
- 25. Distribute the frozen berries onto the glasses.
- 26. Add ice cubes to the glasses.
- 27. Fill the glasses with the cold lemonade.
- 28. Serve the lemonade.
