🍽️ Elderflower Strawberry Smoothie

Ingredients
- 400 g strawberries
- 200 g yogurt
- 4 tbsp elderflower syrup
- 1 pinch vanilla paste
- 1 handful ice cubes
- 400 ml milk
- 1 dash lemon juice
- honey (to taste)
Instructions
- 1. Wash the strawberries, remove the green tops, and cut them into small pieces. Place them in a blender along with the yogurt, elderflower syrup, vanilla bean seeds, ice cubes, and a splash of milk. Blend everything until smooth and creamy.
- 2. Add more milk gradually until the smoothie reaches your preferred thickness. Season with a little lemon juice and sweeten with honey if desired.
