Ingredients
- White and red wine vinegar (Best, 500 ml each)
- 2 elderflower heads
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the elderflowers thoroughly.
- 2. Shake the flowers dry so that no water remains on them.
- 3. Distribute the dried flowers evenly into two bottles.
- 4. Pour the vinegar over the flowers in the bottles.
- 5. Seal the bottles tightly.
- 6. Place the bottles in a dark location.
- 7. Let the mixture infuse for 14 days.
- 8. Remove the bottles after 14 days before consuming the vinegar.
