Ingredients
- 500 ml elderberry juice
- 400 ml milk
- 100 ml lemon buttermilk
- ice cubes
- lemon zest for garnish, to taste
Instructions
- 1. Put elderberry juice, milk, lemon buttermilk, and sugar into a blender.
- 2. Blend the ingredients until they are creamy and frothy.
- 3. Fill the glasses with ice cubes.
- 4. Pour the shake over the ice.
- 5. Garnish the shake with lemon zest to taste.
- 6. Serve the shake immediately.
