  6. 6. Rinse the millet under running water in a sieve.
  7. 7. Add the drained millet to the hot broth.
  8. 8. Cover the pot.
  9. 9. Simmer the millet on low heat for about 15 minutes.

  11. 11. Let the millet swell covered for another 15 to 20 minutes.

  13. 13. Ensure that the millet has absorbed all the liquid.
  14. 14. Stir the sour cream into the millet.
