  1. 1. Wash the apples thoroughly.
  2. 2. Peel the apples and remove the core.
  3. 3. Cut the flesh into small cubes.
  4. 4. Place the apple cubes in an ovenproof dish.
  5. 5. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees (160 degrees for fan-assisted or gas mark 2-3).
  6. 6. Bake the apples for about 10 minutes.
  7. 7. Put the millet flakes into a pot.
  8. 8. Pour 100 milliliters of water over them.
  9. 9. Bring the mixture to a boil.
  10. 10. Reduce the heat to low.
  11. 11. Let the millet flakes swell for 3 to 5 minutes.
  12. 12. Add the milk.
  13. 13. Stir the mixture well.
  14. 14. Let the porridge simmer briefly.
  15. 15. Take the baked apple pieces out of the oven.
  16. 16. Add the apple pieces to the millet porridge.
  17. 17. Mix everything well together.
  18. 18. Remove the pot from the heat.
  19. 19. Let the porridge cool down a bit.
  20. 20. Stir in rapeseed oil.
  21. 21. Fill the porridge into jars.
  22. 22. Sprinkle cinnamon on top.
  23. 23. Serve the porridge.
