🍳 Creamy Millet Porridge with Plums and Walnuts

Ingredients
- 4 plums (or fruit of your choice)
- 50 g millet
- 1 cinnamon stick (or 1/2 tsp in cinnamon powder)
- 1 vanilla pod (or 1/2 tsp in vanilla powder)
- 250 ml almond drink (almond milk)
- 0.5 tsp coconut oil
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 handful plums (or fruit to taste)

Instructions
- 1. Thoroughly wash the plums under running water.
- 2. Remove the pits from the plums and dice the flesh into small cubes.
- 3. Add the millet, the seeds from one vanilla pod, and a cinnamon stick to a pot.
- 4. Pour in the almond milk and bring the mixture to a boil.
- 5. Reduce the heat to a low setting.
- 6. Add the chopped plums to the pot.
- 7. Let the porridge simmer for about 5 minutes on low heat.
- 8. Stir the coconut oil and maple syrup into the finished porridge.
- 9. Top with walnuts and fresh fruit to your liking.
