Ingredients
- 30 g millet
- 1 tsp granulated vegetable broth
- 20 g carrots
- 20 g leek
- 20 g bell peppers
- 1 tsp onion cubes
- 1 tbsp oat flakes
- 1 tsp tomato paste
- pepper (from the mill)
- iodized salt
- garlic
- chervil
Instructions
- 1. Cook the millet in the vegetable broth for 20 minutes. Grate the vegetables finely, drain the millet, and mix everything with the soaked oat flakes. Season the mixture vigorously with the remaining ingredients and let it cool down in the refrigerator.
- 2. Serve the dish together with pumpernickel or whole grain bread.
