🍽️ Hirse and Vegetable Wok Pan

Ingredients
- 250 g millet
- 250 ml vegetable broth (from the jar)
- 50 g raisins
- 4 carrots
- 2 stalks celery
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 100 g peanuts
- 2 tbsp butter
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- 1. Pour the millet into a bowl.
- 2. Pour the boiling vegetable broth over the millet.
- 3. Let the millet swell for ten minutes.
- 4. Fluff the millet with a fork until it is crumbly.
- 5. Wash and clean the carrots.
- 6. Slice the carrots diagonally.
- 7. Clean the celery and cut off the greens.
- 8. Cut the celery into coarse pieces.
- 9. Soak the raisins in a little water.
- 10. Heat the oil in a pan.
- 11. Sauté the carrot and celery pieces until translucent.
- 12. Drain the raisins.
- 13. Melt the butter in a non-stick pan.
- 14. Fry the millet while stirring constantly.
- 15. Add the vegetables after five minutes.
- 16. Add the raisins and peanuts.
- 17. Season the pan with salt and pepper.
