  2. 2. Pour the boiling vegetable broth over the millet.
  3. 3. Let the millet swell for ten minutes.
  4. 4. Fluff the millet with a fork until it is crumbly.
  5. 5. Wash and clean the carrots.
  6. 6. Slice the carrots diagonally.
  7. 7. Clean the celery and cut off the greens.
  8. 8. Cut the celery into coarse pieces.
  9. 9. Soak the raisins in a little water.
  10. 10. Heat the oil in a pan.
  11. 11. Sauté the carrot and celery pieces until translucent.
  12. 12. Drain the raisins.
  13. 13. Melt the butter in a non-stick pan.
  14. 14. Fry the millet while stirring constantly.
  15. 15. Add the vegetables after five minutes.
  16. 16. Add the raisins and peanuts.
  17. 17. Season the pan with salt and pepper.
