  2. 2. Place the millet in a pot.
  3. 3. Pour double the amount of boiling salted water over it.
  4. 4. Cook the millet for 15 to 20 minutes over medium heat.
  5. 5. Let the cooked millet cool down for 10 minutes.
  6. 6. Cook the peas in boiling salted water for 3 to 4 minutes.
  7. 7. Drain the peas and let them drain well.
  8. 8. Roughly crush the peas with a hand blender.
  9. 9. Wash the spinach thoroughly.
  10. 10. Place the wet spinach in a large pot.
  11. 11. Cook the spinach over medium heat until it wilts.
  12. 12. Place the spinach in a sieve.
  13. 13. Squeeze out the remaining liquid from the spinach.
  14. 14. Roughly chop the spinach.
  15. 15. Peel the garlic.
  16. 16. Finely chop the garlic.
  17. 17. Heat one tablespoon of oil in a pan.
  18. 18. Sauté the garlic for 2 minutes.
  19. 19. Add the chopped spinach.
  20. 20. Sauté the spinach for another 2 minutes.
  21. 21. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
  22. 22. Let the spinach-garlic mixture cool down.
  23. 23. Mix the potato starch with 4 to 5 tablespoons of water to form a smooth paste.
  24. 24. Mix the cooled millet with the peas.
  25. 25. Add the cooled spinach mixture.
  26. 26. Add pepper, cayenne pepper, turmeric powder, and garam masala.
  27. 27. Stir in the potato starch paste.
  28. 28. Add the flour.
  29. 29. Mix everything into a moldable dough.
  30. 30. Season the dough with salt.
  31. 31. Wet your hands with water.
  32. 32. Form 16 patties from the mixture.
  33. 33. Heat one teaspoon of oil in a pan.
  34. 34. Place 4 patties in the hot pan.
  35. 35. Fry the patties for 3 to 4 minutes per side until golden brown over medium heat.
  36. 36. Repeat the process with the remaining patties.
