  4. 4. Brush both sides of the steaks generously with the seasoned oil mixture.
  5. 5. Place the steaks on the grill grate over medium-hot charcoal embers.
  6. 6. Grill the steaks for about 4 minutes on each side.
  7. 7. Sprinkle a pinch of rosemary over the cooked steaks.
  8. 8. Serve the steaks immediately on pre-warmed plates.
