🍽️ Grilled Venison Steaks with Juniper

Ingredients
- 600 g Venison Steak (4 Venison Steaks)
- 4 Juniper Berries
- Salt
- freshly ground black Pepper
- Paprika Powder (mild sweet)
- 3 tbsp Oil
- 4 Pinch crushed Rosemary
Instructions
- 1. Place the juniper berries in a mortar and crush them finely.
- 2. Mix the crushed berries with salt, freshly ground black pepper, paprika powder, and oil to create a marinade.
- 3. Gently flatten the venison steaks using the heel of your hand.
- 4. Brush both sides of the steaks generously with the seasoned oil mixture.
- 5. Place the steaks on the grill grate over medium-hot charcoal embers.
- 6. Grill the steaks for about 4 minutes on each side.
- 7. Sprinkle a pinch of rosemary over the cooked steaks.
- 8. Serve the steaks immediately on pre-warmed plates.
