🍽️ Fresh Raspberry Jam

Ingredients
- 1 kg raspberries
- 1 untreated lemon (juice and zest)
- 80 ml raspberry brandy
- 1 vanilla pod (seeds)
- 500 g jam sugar (2:1)
Instructions
- 1. Carefully pick over the raspberries and remove any stems or unripe berries.
- 2. Place the raspberries in a pot.
- 3. Add the lemon juice.
- 4. Add the lemon zest.
- 5. Add the raspberry liqueur.
- 6. Add the vanilla seeds.
- 7. Mix the ingredients well together.
- 8. Add the sugar.
- 9. Stir the sugar well into the mixture.
- 10. Bring the mixture to a boil in the pot.
- 11. Let the jam simmer for another 4 minutes.
- 12. Take 4 prepared jam jars.
- 13. Distribute the hot jam evenly among the jars.
- 14. Seal the jars tightly with the lids.
- 15. Place the sealed jars upside down for 10 minutes.
- 16. Turn the jars back over.
- 17. Store the jam in a cool place.
