🍽️ Homemade Raspberry Liqueur

Ingredients
- 1 kg raspberries
- 1 l alcohol (90% from the pharmacy)
- 2 l water
- 500 g sugar
Instructions
- 1. Put the fresh raspberries and the alcohol into clean bottles.
- 2. Seal the bottles tightly.
- 3. Place the bottles in a cool spot.
- 4. Wait four to eight weeks until the flavor has infused well.
- 5. Carefully pour off the alcoholic juice.
- 6. Boil the remaining berries with some water to extract the last bit of flavor.
- 7. Strain the boiled berries and collect the juice.
- 8. Boil this juice with the sugar until the volume has reduced by about one third.
- 9. Add the previously poured-off alcohol back in.
- 10. Fill the finished liqueur into bottles.
- 11. Seal the bottles well.
- 12. Store the liqueur in a cool, dark place.
