🍽️ Homemade Raspberry Liqueur

Ingredients
- 300 g raspberries
- 250 g rock sugar
- 0.7 l vodka
- 2 vanilla pods
Instructions
- 1. Thoroughly wash the raspberries under running water.
- 2. Remove all green stems and leaves from the berries.
- 3. Carefully inspect the raspberries and remove any damaged or unripe fruits.
- 4. Gently pat the raspberries dry with a clean kitchen towel.
- 5. Place the raspberries and the rock sugar into a sealable bottle.
- 6. Slice the vanilla pods lengthwise and add them to the bottle as well.
- 7. Pour the vodka over the ingredients in the bottle.
- 8. Seal the bottle tightly and place it in a cool, dark spot.
- 9. Let the mixture infuse for four weeks.
- 10. Shake the bottle occasionally during this time.
- 11. Strain the liquid through a fine cloth, such as muslin, into a clean container.
- 12. Transfer the finished liqueur into a decorative decanter bottle.
- 13. Add a few fresh raspberries as decoration if desired.
