🍽️ Quick Raspberry Jam

Ingredients
- 1 kg raspberries
- 1 untreated lemon (juice and zest)
- 1 kg jam sugar
Instructions
- 1. Thoroughly wash the raspberries and remove any stems or leaves.
- 2. Place the raspberries in a pot.
- 3. Squeeze the juice of one lemon and grate some fine zest from it.
- 4. Add the lemon juice and lemon zest to the raspberries in the pot.
- 5. Place the pot on the stove and heat the mixture until it starts to bubble.
- 6. Stir the pectin sugar into the boiling raspberry mixture.
- 7. Let the jam boil vigorously for exactly one minute.
- 8. Remove the pot from the heat.
- 9. Carefully pour the hot jam into clean, prepared jars.
- 10. Seal the jars immediately to make them airtight.
