🍽️ Fresh Raspberry Jam

Ingredients
- 1 kg raspberries
- 1 untreated lemon (juice and zest)
- 1 kg jam sugar
Instructions
- 1. Carefully wash the raspberries and remove any green stems. Place the berries in a pot and mix them with the juice and finely grated zest of the lemon. Put the pot on the stove and bring the mixture to a boil.
- 2. Add the pectin sugar and boil the mixture vigorously for exactly one minute while stirring constantly. Remove the pot from the heat, carefully pour the hot jam into the previously prepared jars, and seal them immediately.
