🍽️ Chilled Raspberry Dessert

Ingredients
- 300 ml red grape juice
- 50 ml raspberry syrup
- 200 ml water
- 3 tbsp cornstarch
- 400 g raspberries
- 200 ml whipping cream
- 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
- lemon balm (for garnish)
Instructions
- 1. Pour grape juice, raspberry syrup, and water into a pot.
- 2. Bring the liquid to a boil.
- 3. Mix the starch smoothly with a small amount of cold water.
- 4. Stir the starch mixture into the hot juice liquid.
- 5. Let the mixture boil again.
- 6. Wash the raspberries and remove any stems or bad berries.
- 7. Set aside about 300 grams of the raspberries.
- 8. Add the remaining raspberries to the hot juice mixture.
- 9. Stir briefly and bring the mixture to a boil again.
- 10. Pour the mixture into a bowl.
- 11. Let the chilled dessert cool down well and chill it.
- 12. Whip the cream until it is half stiff.
- 13. Add the vanilla sugar while whipping.
- 14. Take the raspberries you set aside earlier.
- 15. Gently fold the raspberries into the chilled dessert.
- 16. Place the whipped cream on top of the chilled dessert.
- 17. Garnish the dish with fresh lemon balm.
- 18. Serve the chilled dessert immediately.
