  1. 1. Pour grape juice, raspberry syrup, and water into a pot.
  2. 2. Bring the liquid to a boil.
  3. 3. Mix the starch smoothly with a small amount of cold water.
  4. 4. Stir the starch mixture into the hot juice liquid.
  5. 5. Let the mixture boil again.
  6. 6. Wash the raspberries and remove any stems or bad berries.
  7. 7. Set aside about 300 grams of the raspberries.
  8. 8. Add the remaining raspberries to the hot juice mixture.
  9. 9. Stir briefly and bring the mixture to a boil again.
  10. 10. Pour the mixture into a bowl.
  11. 11. Let the chilled dessert cool down well and chill it.
  12. 12. Whip the cream until it is half stiff.
  13. 13. Add the vanilla sugar while whipping.
  14. 14. Take the raspberries you set aside earlier.
  15. 15. Gently fold the raspberries into the chilled dessert.
  16. 16. Place the whipped cream on top of the chilled dessert.
  17. 17. Garnish the dish with fresh lemon balm.
  18. 18. Serve the chilled dessert immediately.
