🍽️ Fruity Raspberry Yoghurt Drink

Ingredients
- 350 g raspberries
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 cup whole milk yogurt
- 2 tbsp milk
- 2 tbsp sugar
- mint
Instructions
- 1. Set aside a few fresh raspberries for later decoration.
- 2. Place the remaining raspberries into a blender.
- 3. Blend the raspberries into a smooth puree.
- 4. Add lemon juice and sugar to the raspberry mixture.
- 5. Stir everything well until the sugar has dissolved.
- 6. Add yoghurt and milk to the blender.
- 7. Whip the yoghurt and milk mixture until creamy.
- 8. Pour the creamy yoghurt mixture into a tall glass.
- 9. Carefully pour the raspberry-sugar mixture on top to create a layered effect.
- 10. Garnish the drink with the reserved raspberries.
- 11. Add a few fresh mint leaves as a final touch.
