🍰 Raspberry Vanilla Cups

Ingredients
- 80 g Amaretti (Italian almond cookies)
- 8 scoops vanilla ice cream (ready-made)
- 250 g raspberries
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- 100 g whipping cream
- 50 g dark coating chocolate

- ice cream cone (to taste)
Instructions
- 1. Crush the amaretti cookies into coarse crumbs using a rolling pin.
- 2. Place the raspberries and powdered sugar in a saucepan.
- 3. Bring the mixture to a brief boil.
- 4. Remove the saucepan from the heat.
- 5. Let the raspberry mixture cool down slightly.
- 6. Melt the chocolate coating in a double boiler.
- 7. Divide half of the amaretti crumbs among four dessert glasses.
- 8. Place one scoop of vanilla ice cream in each glass.
- 9. Spread half of the raspberry mixture over the ice cream.
- 10. Add the remaining amaretti crumbs to the glasses.
- 11. Place another scoop of vanilla ice cream in each glass.
- 12. Spread the remaining raspberry mixture on top.
- 13. Top the cups with whipped cream.
- 14. Drizzle the melted chocolate coating over the cups.
- 15. Garnish the cups as desired with fresh berries, sliced almonds, or ice cream cones.
- 16. Serve the cups immediately.
