🍰 Fruity Raspberry Tiramisu

Ingredients
- 600 g raspberries (fresh or frozen)
- 100 g ladyfingers (without sugar coating)
- 50 ml espresso
- 40 ml Amaretto (alcohol-free)
- 400 g low-fat quark
- 250 g mascarpone
- 3 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
Instructions
- 1. Remove the green stems from the fresh raspberries.
- 2. Let the frozen raspberries thaw at room temperature.
- 3. Place the ladyfinger biscuits side by side in a shallow baking dish.
- 4. Mix the espresso with the Amaretto liqueur.
- 5. Moisten the biscuits with the espresso liqueur mixture.
- 6. Distribute the raspberries evenly over the biscuit layer.
- 7. Whisk the quark, mascarpone cream, and honey until creamy using a hand mixer.
- 8. Spread the quark mixture over the raspberries.
- 9. Smooth the surface of the quark mixture with a spoon.
- 10. Place the tiramisu in the refrigerator for at least one hour.
- 11. Dust the finished dessert with cocoa powder shortly before serving.
