  6. 6. Distribute the raspberries evenly over the biscuit layer.
  7. 7. Whisk the quark, mascarpone cream, and honey until creamy using a hand mixer.
  8. 8. Spread the quark mixture over the raspberries.
  9. 9. Smooth the surface of the quark mixture with a spoon.
  10. 10. Place the tiramisu in the refrigerator for at least one hour.
  11. 11. Dust the finished dessert with cocoa powder shortly before serving.
