Ingredients
- 8 raspberries
- 40 ml raspberry syrup
- 30 ml orange juice
- 30 ml ginger ale
- 10 ml lemon juice
- 1 tbsp crushed ice
- 2 raspberries
Instructions
- 1. Press the raspberries through a fine mesh sieve to remove the seeds. This will give you a smooth raspberry puree.
- 2. Put all ingredients into a blender. Blend them vigorously until the mixture starts to foam.
- 3. Pour the foam into a champagne flute. Finally, decorate the drink with a single raspberry.
