Ingredients
- 150 g raspberries
- 750 ml sparkling wine (off-dry)
- 4 tsp raspberry syrup
- mint (for garnish)
Instructions
- 1. Carefully pick over the raspberries and remove any stems or unripe berries.
- 2. Fill the glasses halfway with the sparkling wine.
- 3. Add the syrup to the glasses.
- 4. Add the raspberries to the glasses.
- 5. Garnish the drinks with fresh mint and serve immediately.
