🍰 Fruity Raspberry Shake with Chia and Almonds

Ingredients
- 150 g raspberries
- 60 g almond sticks
- 1 tbsp cacao nibs (chopped cacao beans)
- 0.5 tsp chia seeds
- 600 ml milk
- 100 ml whipping cream
- 5 tbsp low-fat quark
- 2 tbsp honey
Instructions
- 1. Carefully pick over the raspberries and remove any stems or unripe berries.
- 2. Place the raspberries, almond slivers, chopped cocoa beans, and chia seeds into a blender.
- 3. Blend these ingredients in the mixer until they are finely chopped.
- 4. Add the milk, cream, quark (a type of fresh cheese), and honey to the blender.
- 5. Blend everything well until a creamy consistency is achieved.
- 6. Finally, adjust the taste of the shake with a pinch of salt or more honey if necessary.
- 7. Pour the shake into glasses and serve immediately.
