🍰 Raspberry Chia Pudding

Ingredients
- 4 tbsp Chia seeds (10 g each)
- 400 ml Coconut milk
- 1 tsp Vanilla powder
- 1 tsp Maple syrup
- 200 g Raspberries
Instructions
- 1. Grind the chia seeds finely in a blender. Add coconut milk, the ground chia seeds, vanilla, and maple syrup to a sealable jar and stir everything well.
- 2. Place the chia pudding in the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes or overnight until it has a pudding-like consistency.
- 3. Wash the raspberries, pat them dry, and mash them. Fill the chia pudding into glasses and decorate it with the mashed raspberries.
