🍽️ Fresh Raspberry Buttermilk Smoothie

Ingredients
- lemons
- 250 g raspberries
- 300 ml buttermilk
- 80 g yogurt (1.5% fat) (4 tbsp)
- 15 g honey (1 tbsp)
- 4 leaves mint
- 4 ice cubes
Instructions
- 1. Squeeze the juice from half a lemon.
- 2. Wash the raspberries thoroughly.
- 3. Remove any stems or unripe berries.
- 4. Set aside a small handful of raspberries for decoration.
- 5. Place the remaining raspberries into the blender.
- 6. Add the buttermilk.
- 7. Add the yogurt.
- 8. Pour in two tablespoons of lemon juice.
- 9. Add the honey.
- 10. Add some ice cubes to the blender.
- 11. Blend everything until the liquid is smooth and fine.
- 12. Pour the smoothie into two glasses.
- 13. Wash the mint thoroughly.
- 14. Shake the mint dry to remove excess water.
- 15. Decorate the glasses with the reserved raspberries.
- 16. Add the mint as a final touch.
