  2. 2. Wash the raspberries thoroughly.
  3. 3. Remove any stems or unripe berries.
  4. 4. Set aside a small handful of raspberries for decoration.
  5. 5. Place the remaining raspberries into the blender.
  6. 6. Add the buttermilk.
  7. 7. Add the yogurt.
  8. 8. Pour in two tablespoons of lemon juice.
  9. 9. Add the honey.
  10. 10. Add some ice cubes to the blender.
  11. 11. Blend everything until the liquid is smooth and fine.
  12. 12. Pour the smoothie into two glasses.
  13. 13. Wash the mint thoroughly.
  14. 14. Shake the mint dry to remove excess water.
  15. 15. Decorate the glasses with the reserved raspberries.
  16. 16. Add the mint as a final touch.
