🍰 Thermomix Raspberry Bircher Muesli

Ingredients
- 40 g fine oat flakes
- 30 g coarse oat flakes
- 125 g milk (1.5% fat) (vegan alternative: almond milk)
- 125 g yogurt (1.5% fat) (vegan alternative: soy yogurt)
- 1 juice of a lemon
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 75 g apple juice
- 75 g raspberries
- 1 large apple
- 15 g walnuts
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- 1 small spoon ground vanilla
- 1 small handful fruit (for decorating)
Instructions
- 1. Add the walnuts to the Thermomix.
- 2. Grind the nuts for 3 seconds on speed 6.
- 3. Cut the apple into four pieces.
- 4. Add the apple wedges, coconut oil, and lemon juice to the bowl.
- 5. Grind the mixture for 2 seconds on speed 5.
- 6. Add all remaining ingredients.
- 7. Mix everything for 10 seconds on speed 3 in reverse direction.
- 8. Fill the muesli into jars.
- 9. Store the muesli in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
- 10. Enjoy the muesli for breakfast.
