  3. 3. Cut the apple into four pieces.
  4. 4. Add the apple wedges, coconut oil, and lemon juice to the bowl.
  5. 5. Grind the mixture for 2 seconds on speed 5.
  6. 6. Add all remaining ingredients.
  7. 7. Mix everything for 10 seconds on speed 3 in reverse direction.
  8. 8. Fill the muesli into jars.
  9. 9. Store the muesli in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
