🥤 Fruity Raspberry-Banana Smoothie

Ingredients
- 400 g raspberries (fresh or frozen)
- 150 g red currants
- 150 g black currants
- 1 banana
- 1 orange
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the raspberries under running water.
- 2. Pat the raspberries dry with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Rinse the red currants under running water as well.
- 4. Pat the red currants dry with a kitchen towel.
- 5. Remove the red currants from the tough stems.
- 6. Peel the banana completely.
- 7. Slice the banana into round pieces.
- 8. Cut the orange in half.
- 9. Squeeze the juice out of the orange halves.
- 10. Add the banana slices, orange juice, raspberries, and red currants to the blender.
- 11. Blend the ingredients until smooth.
- 12. Dilute the smoothie with a little cold water if desired.
- 13. Pour the finished smoothie into small bottles or glasses.
- 14. Enjoy the smoothie immediately.
