  4. 4. Pat the red currants dry with a kitchen towel.
  5. 5. Remove the red currants from the tough stems.
  6. 6. Peel the banana completely.
  7. 7. Slice the banana into round pieces.
  8. 8. Cut the orange in half.
  9. 9. Squeeze the juice out of the orange halves.
  10. 10. Add the banana slices, orange juice, raspberries, and red currants to the blender.
  11. 11. Blend the ingredients until smooth.
  12. 12. Dilute the smoothie with a little cold water if desired.
